Our beef comes from a cooperative of local farmers who uphold sustainable values. By working directly with family-run, eco-conscious farms, we ensure both quality and responsibility.

We craft our jerky using only clean, natural ingredients. No additives, no shortcuts. Some, like our dried lemon zest, are even homemade for a bolder, more authentic flavor.

We openly share what’s inside every product: 100% natural ingredients, no shortcuts, no artificial additives. We’re honest about where our beef comes from, local, family-run farms that respect animals and nature.
Same goes for our production process.
You're always welcome to come over and say hi at our workshop, located in Anderlecht. We'll be glad showing you around and explaining how we make our jerky. These machines on the right are the dehydrators we use. They allow to slowly dry the marinated beef for a whole night, at varying temperatures.

We've tested our products in the Brussel's center for food expertise. The results are astounding.
Tof jerky contains on average 60% of proteins. This makes it pretty much unique.
We use ~250g of beef to make 100g of beef jerky. All the proteins, nutrients; all the good stuff is condensed into 100g. Convenient, and delicious.

We're incredibly proud of our collaboration with the belgian Commando Training Center (CTC). The CTC trains the members of the Special Forces to accomplish missions requiring autonomy, rigor and endurance.
We have been partners since March 2024, and our relationship evolved to create a full range of products, Tof + Commando
This exclusive range has been developed together with the Health & Performance team of the CTC, aiming to create the perfect adventure snack.
sugar & gluten-free
Our first product-range, Tof Originals, contains some unrefined sugar (cassonade) and is the perfect day-to-day snack for anyone who wants a salty snack without the fat and with the proteins.
However, we know some of you are avoiding sugars, so we wanted to create a sugar-free option. While doing so, we also made sure to replace soy (which contains small amounts of gluten) with tamari.
This brought Tof RAW to life.
