Our beef comes from a cooperative of local farmers who uphold sustainable values. By working directly with family-run, eco-conscious farms, we ensure both quality and responsibility.

natural clean ingredients
We craft our jerky using only clean, natural ingredients. No additives, no shortcuts. Some, like our dried lemon zest, are even homemade for a bolder, more authentic flavor.

Each batch of our jerky is made by hand in our Brussels' workshop, with absolute care and attention to detail, from slicing to drying. Always in small batches to ensure exceptional quality in every bite.

HONEST JERKY
From the sourcing of our ingredients to the way we speak to our customers, we believe that transparency builds trust and drives better choices. We openly share what’s inside every product: 100% natural ingredients, no shortcuts, no artificial additives. We’re honest about where our beef comes from, local, family-run farms that respect animals and nature, and we don’t hide behind flashy marketing or overprocessed formulas.

INNOVATIVE JERKY
We've tested our products in the Brussel's center for food expertise. The results are astounding.
Tof jerky contains on average 60% proteins for very little fat and sugars, thanks to a unique production painstakingly developed through a trial & error process.
We use about 250g of beef to make 100g of beef jerky. That means all the proteins, nutrients, all the good stuff is condensed into 100g. Convenient.
