Questions and answers
Got questions about Tof Jerky?
Here are the answers to the most common ones about our beef jerky, ingredients, nutrition, ordering, and delivery.
About our jerky
We use 100% Belgian beef sourced from local farmers through En Direct de Mon Élevage. This cooperative connects us directly with family-run farms committed to high animal welfare standards and sustainable practices.
We use Belgian Blue-White (BBB) beef. This exceptional breed is naturally lean, rich in protein, and perfect for making high-quality beef jerky.
We slice premium Belgian Blue-White beef, marinate it with real ingredients, then gently dehydrate it in Brussels. No nitrites, artificial preservatives, or flavour enhancers, just a slow, natural drying process to lock in the flavour.
Each pack comes with a minimum shelf life of 8 to 10 months. Once opened, we recommend eating it within a week for the best texture. It is still OK to eat it after that though.
Yes. It is lightweight, doesn’t need to be refrigerated, and delivers a lot of energy and protein for very little space. It’s the perfect snack for hiking, travel, or long work days.
Yes. All of our beef jerky is made in Brussels, Belgium. We handle every step of production ourselves, from slicing to marinating and drying. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality, full traceability, and authentic Belgian craftsmanship in every pack.
